Red LED Light Therapy

What is LED Light Therapy, and how does it work?

LED (Light-Emitting Diode) Therapy is a skincare treatment that uses varying wavelengths of light to treat various skin issues.

NASA originally developed it for plant growth experiments, and they later discovered that it was also useful for treating skin wounds.

The U.S. Navy SEALs began using it in the 1990s to heal wounds quickly and stimulate muscle tissue regeneration.

Today, it is widely used in aesthetic clinics to treat many other kinds of skin issues. Typically, either red or blue light frequencies are used — depending on the skin concern.

Red light is used for anti-aging, while blue is used for acne treatment.

We recommend Red LED Light Therapy if you have:
  • Age spots
  • Sun damage
  • Uneven skin tone & texture
  • Fine lines (e.g., wrinkles)

Red LED light frequencies permeate your skin’s deep layers to stimulate your cells to produce collagen and elastin, which are skin-reparing proteins. They also contain anti-inflammatory properties that repair damage from prolonged exposure to environmental pollutants such as dirt and UV rays.

Red LED light is sometimes used in combination with Blue LED light to reduce acne-related inflammation and minimize scarring.

With a few sessions, your skin will become clearer, smoother, and brighter.

Revel in that healthy glow again!
